About Talon Juice & Why You Need It

Introducing "Talon Juice", Nail Hoot's own handmade, special cuticle oil blend. This blend is nourishing while absorbing quickly without leaving a greasy residue. We have sourced the best ingredients and use only 100% pure oils.

Oiling regularly is one of the best things you can do to help your condition your nails and to make your manicures look fantastic. Cuticle oil isn't just for your cuticles - make sure you oil the nails too, especially when they are bare (do remove any oil with alcohol immediately prior to painting). Are your fingers in serious disrepair? Then do the 3-day oil challenge: Remove all polish (*gasp* nekkid nails!), and oil at least 6-8 times a day for 3 days (it is recommended to buy at least the pen and mini set for the challenge).

This special blend does contain nut oils, so please check out ingredient list at the bottom before purchasing. This cuticle oil contains no added preservatives, and it is recommended to use the oil in its entirety within 8 months.

Container Choice

Talon Juice is offered in 3 types of containers. We recommend purchasing at least one pen. These click pens have a brush tip and are a great way to easily oil on the go. They also keep oxygen from getting to your cuticle oil base. We also offer the oil in mini (5.5ml) and full (15ml) bottles. The mini bottles have a round brush that works great for oiling the cuticles, and the full bottles have a flat brush that will allow you to oil a larger area at a time. You also have the option to purchase a pen and bottle set. If you would like two different scents for your set, please specify in the notes when you checkout. Some people do refill cuticle oil pens. There are YouTube videos available to help you figure out how to refill and reset a pen. Pens are meant to be one use, but often you can get multiple uses when refilling.

Scent Choices

We currently offer eight scents to choose from, or unscented. Please be aware that the unscented option will have a slight oily odor due to the ingredients used. We are careful to use skin safe percentages for fragrance oils, so you will find each oil has a light scent that is not overpowering.
